Social and Community Welfare Wing Alumni Welfare Growth and Expansion Wing

This wing focuses on the welfare, growth, and expansion of the association. To continue the rich heritage, the alumni association initiated an online talent show -- 'MAATS' in the year 2020, to showcase the talents of the members and their family. The first Episode of MAATS was aired on August 15, 7 PM on Facebook and YouTube. The association also publishes an online magazine -- Marian Diaries and monthly newsletter -- MAAK Book. An annual alumni meet is organized in the month of August every year. This wing of the association facilitates the expansion of alumni chapters in India and abroad.

Social and Community Welfare Wing

Marian Alumni Association Kuttikkanam is committed to supporting the social needs of our alumni and community at large. As part of Social Welfare activities, the Association initiated a fund collection among the Alumni for supporting house construction and has undertaken the construction of homes for the needy. The association also provides academic scholarships to students from lower economic backgrounds. For the purpose of meeting medical expenses of financially challenged alumni, a special fund is maintained under the head 'Medical Emergency Fund'.

Support to buy Household items -- Rs. 4900/-

Marianites’ Business Forum (MBF)

MBF (Marianites’ Business Forum) is a global platform for the alumni of Marian College Kuttikkanam to meet, network, and showcase their businesses and professions.

Our Objectives

Unite business persons and professionals across the globe.
Provide startup support and guidance for new businesses.
Facilitate networking and collaborations among alumni entrepreneurs.

Inauguration

This initiative of Marian Alumni Association Kuttikkanam was officially inaugurated by Rev. Dr. Roy Abraham P, the Principal of Marian College Kuttikkanam, on 1st September 2021.

MBF - Alumni Database

The goal of this initiative is to build, maintain, and update a comprehensive database of Marian College Kuttikkanam alumni with accurate information.

The 'Torchbearers' Initiative

To achieve this, batch representatives were identified and organized into a WhatsApp group named ‘Torchbearers’. These representatives play a crucial role in:

Connecting with alumni from their respective batches.
Ensuring up-to-date and verified information is added to the database.
Facilitating seamless communication between the association and alumni.

Data Privacy & Protection

The Marian Alumni Association Kuttikkanam ensures that the alumni database is safeguarded from unauthorized access or misuse. We strictly adhere to privacy policies, allowing only authorized personnel to access the information.

MAAK Public Relations Team

The Public Relations team manages all social media platforms of Marian Alumni Association Kuttikkanam (MAAK). We are responsible for:

Managing official accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Designing *Posters & Flyers* for MAAK programs.
Providing *Digital Marketing Services*.
Handling *Media Reporting* for events and announcements.
